Job summary
Hayes Company is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive IV to drive revenue growth with mid-market enterprise clients needing integrated fulfillment and 3PL solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding, with a proven track record selling e-commerce fulfillment and B2B distribution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered.
- 10+ years of verifiable sales experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead advanced, complex opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle sales from prospecting to close with autonomy.
- Develop self-sourced pipeline using cold calling and field activity.
- Target e-commerce fulfillment and B2B distribution segments.
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with Ops/IT to craft proposals.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to educate customers.
- Lead multi-service, cross-functional opportunities and negotiate contracts.
