Job summary

Hayes Company is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the Mesquite, TX warehouse, leading a team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate order processing. You will manage daily activities from receiving to shipping, drive productivity, and maintain high client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in 3PL warehousing with familiarity in WMS systems. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or 3PL management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and related warehouse technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to optimize productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy; assist with cycle counts.
• Track KPIs and address performance gaps; manage schedules.
• Ensure proper use of WMS and troubleshoot system issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
