You will source, prospect, and conduct outbound outreach to shippers, present, promote and sell transportation services, and negotiate rates via RFPs and spot quotes to hit targets. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 3PL freight brokerage customer sales, a proven track record, and high energy with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a 3pl Freight Brokerage Customer Sales role.
• Proven success in 3pl logistics Customer Sales.
• High energy, motivated to win, and strong communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, prospect, and conduct outbound outreach to shippers
• Present, promote and sell transportation services to prospective customers
• Quote and negotiate rates via RFPs and advise on spot quotes
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
