Land O'Lakes seeks a Seed Sales Agronomist to be the local expert for seed products and agronomy tools across proprietary and partnered brands. You will train internal teams and retailers, support forecasting, and manage local on-farm trials with School Plot demo designs.

This remote/virtual role can work from home but requires residency in Ohio, Northern Indiana, or Southern Michigan to partner directly with customers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience coaching, training and executing technical agronomic decisions, and educating others on agronomy products.
• Understanding seed crop growth and development and factors that influence productivity.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main resource for seed portfolio strategy, communication, and execution for sales teams and retailers.
• Plan and lead local experiences, conferences, and training courses to enhance seed position with internal staff and retailers.
• Co-author and execute seed agronomy tactics with portfolio managers and local training teams.
• Develop local seed selling tools and coordinate cross-functional training with Market Development and Sales teams.
• Oversee local on-farm trials and design demos; forecast local production needs with portfolio managers.
