Qualifications

• Experience coaching, training and executing technical agronomic decisions.
• Understanding of seed crop growth and physiology for core crops and geography.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships while influencing at all levels.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities

• Execute local training and communication plans for seed portfolio strategy and execution.
• Develop local seed selling tools and coordinate on-farm trials and demo designs.
• Assess local needs with seed portfolio managers and forecast production.
