Land O'Lakes seeks a Seed Sales Agronomist to support WinField United Commercial Sales teams with seed products and agronomy tools. You will train internal teams and retailers, forecast local product needs, and lead on-farm trials in Ohio, Northern Indiana or Southern MI from a remote/virtual base.

You will develop technical training materials, co-author seed tactics with Portfolio Managers, and help translate national seed messaging into local training content while building strong

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
Experience coaching, training and executing technical agronomic decisions, and educating others on agronomy products.
Understanding seed crop growth and development and related environmental factors.

Mansioni

Serve as the main resource for internal teams on seed portfolio strategy, communication, and execution.
Plan and lead local experiences, conferences, and training courses for staff and retailers.
Co-author and execute seed agronomy tactics based on plans with business units and retailers.
