Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in seed or agronomy.
• Experience coaching and training others on agronomy products.
• Ability to build working relationships internally and externally while leading through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead local training and communication plans for internal teams and retailers.
• Develop local seed selling tools and coordinate cross-functional training with Market Development.
• Oversee local on-farm trials and create local agronomy tactics based on plans.
