Securitas Technology in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Remote Triage Technician to provide phone-based support for intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems. You will assist multiple clients remotely and gather details for on-site teams when needed.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 10:30am–7:00pm CST. On-site locations include Bloomington, Uniontown, or Gilbert. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Securitas Technology.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic security equipment remotely.
• Maintain urgency and accuracy in duties.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comply with Attendance Policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone queues to provide technical support for intrusion, fire, video, and access control.
• Handle Remote Triage queues ensuring timely completion per SLA and client specs.
• Follow established policies and procedures.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
