Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking a Technical Support specialist to assist internal and external customers by phone, email, and web channels. You will escalate unresolved issues, log incidents, and help maintain our knowledgebase while supporting installations and on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of technical support experience, familiarity with access control systems (Pacom, Lenel, Sielox, GE, Honeywell), and strong

• Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years technical support or related experience.
• Familiar with PC/online information systems, networks and databases.
• Experience with Pacom, Lenel, Sielox, GE, and Honeywell Access Control systems hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical/support services for internal/external customers via phone, email, or web channels.
• Escalate non-documented issues to next level as required.
• Log incidents in the ticketing system and maintain knowledgebase.
• Support installation and configuration of new systems; participate in on-call rotations.
• Interact professionally with customers and teams; identify symptoms, causes, and solutions.
• Travel occasionally for training or support purposes.
