ECAM is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in a remote role based out of Tulsa, OK. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close, collaborating with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.

With uncapped commission, the on-target earnings range is $175K–$250K for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Strong CRM discipline and forecasting ability
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle for ECAM’s security solutions
• Lead consultative discovery, solution design, and business-case development
• Create high-impact proposals and RFP responses for executive audiences
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth
• Collaborate with operations and GTM teams to ensure smooth delivery
