Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years B2B business development or sales experience with a quota track record.
• Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video security monitoring solutions.
• Lead a consultative sales process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution design, and business-case development.
• Create and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations to position ECAM as a trusted partner.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce with up-to-date activities, milestones, and next steps.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan identifying high-value verticals and target accounts to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and strong post-sale experience.
• Work with BDR and GTM teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and improve funnel conversion.
