Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in security solutions. This full-cycle role partners with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer outcomes.

You’ll represent CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring solutions with uncapped commission and a top-tier OTE, while working in a hybrid Austin, TX environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years B2B sales or business development experience with quota.
• Experience in full-cycle B2B sales and ROC/TCO narratives.
• CRM discipline with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own full new-business sales cycle for CCTV, video surveillance, and monitoring solutions.
• Lead consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce and related tools.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale success.
• Support GTM execution with BDR teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
