ECAM in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the defined territory and drive profitable new business growth. From strategic prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, you will partner with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer outcomes.

You’ll represent CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring solutions with uncapped commissions and OTE $175k–$250k for top performers who own their results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a security/tech environment.
• CRM discipline and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for CCTV, video surveillance, and monitoring solutions.
• Lead consultative discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design with ROI narratives.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations to position ECAM as a long-term partner.
