The position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation at a remote Kuparuk Oil Field camp. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security or related fields, 2+ years supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain Alaska security licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-time professional experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Ability to obtain Alaska Guard License and State of Alaska Armed Guard License.
• Must pass pre-employment checks including fit-for-duty and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and personnel at client facilities.
• Assign posts and patrols and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Enforce security policies and post orders, and document business processes.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.
• Provide transportation and emergency medical assistance as required.
• Maintain post orders, training records, and incident documentation.
