Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team, supporting our business operations from home. This role suits professionals with mid-level IT security, risk management, and compliance experience in regulated environments.

The successful candidate will implement IT security best practices, ensure policy compliance, and work with cross-functional teams on RMF, NIST, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or equivalent federal experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a federal cybersecurity role.
• Active security certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA, etc.).
• Experience with NIST, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EPP, vulnerability tools, cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.
• Utilize industry best practices and enterprise tools to hunt for threats and investigate indicators.
• Design security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and US federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation including SSPs and POA&Ms.
• Support accreditation and authorization processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory changes.
