Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mid-level Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting government-related operations. The role focuses on compliance, risk management, and the effective implementation of IT security best practices for regulated clients.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with SIEM, EPP, and vulnerability management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise information security as part of a focused team.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Hunt for threats using industry best practices and enterprise-grade tools.
• Design controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and related frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment with federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation for ATOs (SSPs, POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Support accreditation processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory changes.
