Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting federal operations. This mid-level role emphasizes IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated frameworks.

You will implement security best practices and ensure alignment with client requirements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in federal cybersecurity, holds relevant certifications, and is capable of communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in federal cybersecurity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA/CCP or other risk-focused credentials.
• Security+ or CEH or SANS certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
• Regulatory knowledge including CMMC, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, HIPAA, etc.
• Cloud security familiarity (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• System administration across multiple platforms and applications.
• Basic IT Project Management knowledge.
• Strong communication to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals.
• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Utilize enterprise-class tools to hunt threats, review indicators of compromise, and guide incident response.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance and alignment with federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, audit reports).
• Support accreditation processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
