Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting federal operations. This 100% work-at-home role requires US citizenship and readiness to work within regulated security frameworks.

The candidate will implement IT security best practices, align controls with NIST, RMF, and DIACAP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in cybersecurity, IT, CS or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in federal cybersecurity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA/CCP preferred.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• Experience with SIEM, EPP, vulnerability management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Strong communication and ability to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise information security as part of a team.
• Conduct proactive security assessments and respond to alerts.
• Hunt for threats and review indicators of compromise.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate rapid containment.
• Maintain security documentation for ATOs and audit reports.
• Support RMF and DIACAP accreditation processes.
