Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team, supporting critical operations from a remote US-based position. This role targets mid-level professionals with IT security, risk management, and compliance experience across regulated frameworks.

As an active contributor, you will implement IT security best practices, align with corporate policies, and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP, or other risk-focused credentials; Security+ or CEH a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.
• Hunt for threats using industry best practices and enterprise tools; review indicators of compromise; guide responses to incidents.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents ensuring rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and U.S. federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documents toward ATO approvals (SSPs, POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory changes.
