Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team, focusing on IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated frameworks. The role emphasizes active contribution to policy adherence and secure operations.

The position is 100% remote within the United States and requires US citizenship. Candidates should have mid-level security backgrounds and be able to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or federal work experience in cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 2+ years in federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active security certifications or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of information security professionals to support enterprise.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Hunt for threats using enterprise tools and provide incident guidance.
• Design controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and other frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and federal mandates.
• Develop security documentation including SSPs/POA&Ms and audit reports.
• Support RMF and DIACAP accreditation processes.
• Stay current with threats and regulatory changes.
