Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team. The role supports IT security, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring policy adherence and effective implementation of security best practices across projects.

The ideal candidate has mid-level IT security experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to communicate technical findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA/CCP, or other risk-focused credentials are preferred.
• Experience with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in system administration supporting multiple platforms and applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT Project Management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.
• Utilize industry best practices and enterprise-class tools to hunt for threats and advise on impacts of security incidents.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance with federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation for ATOs (SSPs, POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Support accreditation processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
