Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting enterprise operations. This role targets mid-level IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated frameworks.

The successful candidate will implement IT security best practices, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and actively contribute as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required for clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in federal cybersecurity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP or other risk-focused credentials.
• Security+ or CEH or SANS certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Regulatory requirements including CMMC, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, HIPAA, etc.
• Cloud security familiarity (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• System administration experience across multiple platforms and apps.
• Basic IT Project Management knowledge.
• Strong communication and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.
• Utilize industry best practices and tools to Hunt for threats, review indicators of compromise, and guide responses to incidents.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise policies with U.S. federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation for ATOs (SSPs, POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Support accreditation and authorization processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies and regulatory changes.
