Job summary

Teleperformance USA seeks a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join the information security team supporting enterprise operations. This mid-level role focuses on IT security, risk management, and regulatory compliance with a strong emphasis on practical implementation of security best practices.

The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, capable of working independently, and able to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in federal cybersecurity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA/CCP; Security+, CEH, or SANS is a plus.
• Experience with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements including PCI-DSS, ISO2700, HIPAA, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in system administration across multiple platforms and applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT Project Management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise information security as part of a team of professionals.
• Perform proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Hunt for threats using enterprise tools and provide guidance post-incident.
• Design security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop security documentation for ATOs (SSPs, POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Stay current with threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Support accreditation processes under RMF and DIACAP.
