Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager (US only - Remote) to articulate technical outcomes to diverse audiences and onboard new clients within the MSS unit. You will own KPIs for client satisfaction and coordinate with Optiv MSS teams under VCISOs guidance to address issues and optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes security concepts, process repeatability, and strong communication and relationship-building with clients and executives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Knowledgeable with SIEM tools (Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar, etc).
• Familiar with MITRE Attack Framework and security best practices.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and inform them of expected outcomes and limits.
• Articulate complex technical outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own and support KPIs for client satisfaction across MSS teams.
• Engage in technical/product support to encourage renewals and success.
