Job summary

Insight Enterprises seeks a Cybersecurity Client Success Manager to own strategic client relationships and translate technical activity into business value across managed security, SOC, and advisory services.

You will lead client care cadences, drive renewals, and report on risk posture and service performance while coordinating with SOC, threat intelligence, and delivery teams to enhance client security maturity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or project coordination within cybersecurity, managed services, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and security delivery models.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact and escalation owner for cybersecurity clients.
• Lead end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, governance, renewals, and service transitions.
• Translate SOC and cybersecurity activities into executive-ready reporting and measurable risk metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to define and track success metrics aligned to client goals.
• Lead escalations and support renewal and retention through value articulation.
