Insight is seeking a Cybersecurity Client Success Manager to own the client relationship across the full security lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and service evolution. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager in service delivery, account management, or similar roles within cybersecurity or managed services.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and security delivery models.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships, renewals, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for assigned cybersecurity clients, maintaining executive-level relationships.
• Own the end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, governance, renewal readiness, and service transitions.
• Lead structured Client Care cadences (monthly and quarterly) with documented outcomes.
• Translate SOC and cybersecurity activities into executive-ready reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (SOC, threat intel, engineers, advisory, finance, sales).
• Support renewal and expansion through proactive value articulation and risk awareness.
