Job summary

Optiv is seeking a remote Client Manager to serve a portfolio of enterprise clients across the continental US. You will align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals, lead multi-year strategies, and drive growth through a broad solutions portfolio.

You will build executive-level relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline momentum.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, or professional services sales.
• Proven success building and managing strategic account plans and exceeding targets.
• Experience selling complex technology, consulting, or services-based solutions.
• Ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and decision makers.
• Strong business acumen connecting cybersecurity risk to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for a group of enterprise clients.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, becoming a strategic cybersecurity advisor.
• Identify client objectives and align them with Optiv's solutions and services.
• Lead cross-functional account teams and drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with clients to develop security roadmaps and recommend solutions.
• Position and sell advisory, consulting, managed security, and implementation services.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline management while advancing opportunities.
• Partner with vendors and strategic partners to create sales opportunities.
