You will monitor security alerts, investigate activity, secure compromised accounts, and review changes to prevent incidents, while coordinating with teammates and clients to ensure rapid, professional support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• 3–5 years in an IT role including log analysis, account/access management, or endpoint troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security dashboards, queues and alerts to detect threats.
• Perform initial investigations and rapid response actions; secure user accounts and collect logs.
• Analyze findings to determine incident scope and escalate complex cases.
• Review and implement routine changes to security tools and test configurations.
• Collaborate with security engineers and other teams to coordinate responses.
• Communicate with end-users or clients to gather details and provide guidance.
• Document investigations, actions and resolutions with timestamped notes in ConnectWise.
