Ntiva, Inc. seeks a Security Analyst I for a remote role in the United States. You will monitor security dashboards, investigate alerts, secure accounts, and support incident resolution while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• 3-5 years in an IT role including log analysis, account/access management, or endpoint troubleshooting.
• Full-time role with attendance during scheduled hours.
• Security certifications such as CySA+, GCIH, or SC-200 (or actively pursuing).

Responsibilities

• Monitor security dashboards, queues, and alerts to detect potential threats.
• Investigate security alerts, secure user accounts, and collect log data for analysis.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 Analysts with clear information.
• Review and implement changes to security tools (EDR, testing settings).
• Collaborate with analysts and security engineers to share information.
