Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in cybersecurity or related IT field.
• Experience analyzing logs, alerts, and threat telemetry.
• Proven ability to triage incidents and coordinate rapid responses.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication.
• Ability to write and present technical information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security dashboards, queues, and alerts to detect threats.
• Investigate alerts, secure compromised accounts, and collect logs for analysis.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 with concise information.
• Manage routine changes to security tools and client exemption requests.
• Collaborate with security engineers and other teams to coordinate responses.
• Interact with end-users/clients to gather details and provide guidance during incidents.
• Document all actions in ConnectWise with timestamped notes.
