Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Security Analyst I for a remote role. You will be the first line of defense against cyber threats, monitor dashboards, triage incidents, secure accounts, and escalate complex issues. You will work with the security team and communicate with clients to resolve incidents.

Requirements include 3-5 years in IT, hands-on experience with EDR/SIEM tools, and experience using ConnectWise Manage for tickets. Domestic travel is infrequent, with remote work flexibility.

Formación

• 3-5 years in IT role with log analysis or endpoint troubleshooting
• Experience with at least one EDR/SIEM platform
• Experience using ConnectWise Manage for ticketing and audit-ready incident notes
• Clear, timestamped incident notes and escalation when needed

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security dashboards, queues and alerts to detect threats
• Incident triage and response: initial investigations and actions
• Analyze findings, determine scope/severity and escalate complex cases
• Review and implement routine changes to security tools
• Collaborate with security team and engineers
• Communicate with users/clients to gather details and guide incident resolution
• Coordinate security responses with NOC and client teams
• Document actions with professional, audit-ready notes
