The role requires DHS Trusted Tester Version 5.0 certification, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on testing experience in ICT environments with an emphasis on accessibility testing and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active DHS Trusted Tester Version 5.0 Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years in ICT environments and 1+ year in Section 508 testing.
• Experience using DHS Trusted Tester (v5.0) conformance test process for Web.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and validate Section 508 compliance across ICT deliverables and web apps.
• Document non-conformance defects and collaborate with development and instructional design teams.
• Ensure accessible, compliant, and inclusive user experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
