TaxSlayer Pro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team for the 2026/2027 tax season. As Seasonal Customer Support Representatives, you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease.

This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with teammates

Competenze

/ High school diploma or equivalent required.
/ Prior customer support or related experience preferred.
/ Comfortable using customer support software and systems.
/ Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
/ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
