Job summary

TaxSlayer is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the 2026/2027 tax season. Open to candidates in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training, and roles begin in late December. As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers navigating the tax filing process, provide product information, and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
