Job summary

TaxSlayer seeks Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to assist customers remotely during the peak tax season. You will answer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide product details, and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records. Training is provided and prior customer support experience is a plus.

Role is temporary and work-from-home, starting with late December. Candidates residing in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
