Job summary

TaxSlayer is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the peak tax season. You will assist customers with their tax filing questions and guide them through our software. Training is provided and starting in late December.

Candidates in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN are welcome to apply. A high school diploma is required, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you should have a reliable home internet connection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet with 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
