Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Associate to join our small, collaborative CS pod. You’ll handle phone, email, live chat, and social interactions with warmth, guided by our knowledge base and CRM tools.

Reporting to a Team Supervisor, you’ll resolve order and design questions, manage multi‑system workflows, document interactions, and share insights to improve the customer journey. Expect a set schedule with some evenings and weekends to support holiday timelines.

• Manage multi-system workflows across orders, design files, and inventory.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce or CRM with accuracy.
• Identify platform friction and share insights with CS leadership.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with proactive communication and time management.
• Collaborate with Team Supervisor in regular 1:1s and video huddles.
