Job summary

Minted is seeking a customer service professional for a remote seasonal role Sept–Dec 2026 in CT and surrounding states. You’ll manage phone, email, live chat, and social interactions with empathy and ownership, resolving complex inquiries with a knowledge-based approach.

You’ll work in a small team, using Salesforce and other systems to track orders, verify design files, and adapt orders while delivering a premium brand experience to time-sensitive holiday orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Effective communication in English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience with high-end customers and owning and solving problems.
• Experience handling inbound contacts and queues.
• Experience with design-related work and fulfillment.
• Interest in design- or technical-related issues.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social interactions with warmth and ownership.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly without a rigid script.
• Leverage knowledge bases to augment service with documented guidance.
• Navigate multi-system workflows and cross-reference order information.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or CRM platforms accurately.
• Identify friction points and share insights with leadership.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Team Supervisor during 1:1s and huddles.
