Job summary

Minted's remote seasonal Customer Service role supports shoppers through design-centric products. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, delivering thoughtful, personalized service during a fast-paced holiday period.

You will navigate multiple systems, use design and order knowledge to resolve issues, and collaborate with a small pod and leadership to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• English communication skills required (verbal and written).
• Experience helping high-end customers and owning and solving problems.
• Experience handling inbound contacts and moving between queues quickly.
• Experience with design- or fulfillment-related issues is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns and complex product inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Leverage internal knowledge base to provide accurate answers and great experiences.
• Manage multi-system workflows and verify order details and inventory as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms per data policies.
