Job summary

Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support high-end customers across a fast-paced e-commerce platform. The role involves handling phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth, answering product questions, and resolving order-related issues during peak season.

You will navigate multiple systems, including Salesforce, manage design files, verify inventory, and document every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with high-end customers, owning and solving customer problems.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and keeping queues moving.
• Experience with design-related work and fulfillment (photo printing, design files).
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft bespoke responses without templates.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve unique customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally.
• Leverage internal knowledge base to augment service approach and provide solutions.
• Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order information and design files.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while respecting data policies.
• Identify operational errors and share insights to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain high quality in every interaction with proactive communication with leadership.
• Collaborate with Team Supervisor for feedback and workflow improvements.
• Share platform friction points directly with Customer Service leadership.
