Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the holiday period from September to December 2026. You will handle phone, email, live chat, and social inquiries with warmth, guiding customers through design, printing, and fulfillment questions.

The role involves navigating multiple tools and cross-functional collaboration, within a small, supportive team. We value problem-solving, empathy, and strong communication as you manage orders and resolve issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
English proficiency required for written and verbal communication.
Experience handling high-end customers and owning customer problems.
Experience with inbound contact queues and prioritizing inquiries.
Experience with design- or fulfillment-related work (photo printing/design files) is a plus.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with warmth and ownership.
Resolve unique customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly without scripts.
Navigate multiple systems while updating order information and design files.
Document interactions in CRM platforms accurately and in real time.
Identify platform friction and share insights with leadership to improve the journey.
