Orkin is seeking seasonal Customer Service Tele-Agents to join our fully remote team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, support customers during peak season, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

Training runs Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm EST. Candidates must reside in the continental US with a home office setup and reliable internet; the role offers competitive pay with a 3% sales commission and potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in or outside a call center.
• Culture Index assessment must be completed.
• Internet speed verification required.
• Ability to pass a computer assessment.

Responsabilités

• Work remotely from your home office with provided equipment.
• Support field offices and customers with inbound/outbound sales and service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business.
• Use gamification tools to measure performance.
