Job summary

Orkin is seeking seasonal Customer Service Tele-Agents to join our fully remote Contact Center based in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver excellent customer service, and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell while supporting field offices during peak season.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• 1–2 years customer service in or outside a call center
• Verification of internet speed
• Ability to pass a computer assessment

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from your home office, with equipment provided
• Support field peak season with heavy call volume
• Manage customer relationships for best-in-class service
