Job summary

Orkin is seeking talented seasonal remote Customer Service Professionals for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. You will work from home supporting inbound and outbound sales, retention, and service with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We provide training, equipment, and a pathway to regular full-time employment. Compensation starts at $16.73 per hour plus a 3% sales commission, plus a 401(k) with match and stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience accepted for employment.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a computer assessment and internet connectivity check.
• Ability to participate in training sessions ahead of start date.
• Remote work setup with a quiet home office.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from your home office with provided equipment.
• Support peak season with heavy call volume.
• Manage customer relationships and deliver best-in-class service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Assist customers with remedies to retain business.
• Use gamification tools to measure performance.
