Job summary

Orkin seeks Seasonal Customer Service Tele-Agents for a fully remote Customer Contact Center. The role includes inbound/outbound sales, customer service, retention, and a bilingual team.

Training Mon–Fri 9am–6pm EST, four-week program, and peak-season support from February onward. You will work from home with provided equipment, handle high call volumes, and aim to retain customers while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in or outside a call center.
• Ability to pass a computer assessment and a Culture Index assessment.
• Must have reliable internet and speed.
• We will consider all qualified candidates in compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from your home office with required setup provided.
• Support our field's peak season starting February with heavy call volume.
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to current customers.
• Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business.
• Use gamification tools to measure performance.
