Orkin is seeking seasonal remote Customer Contact Center pros to support inbound/outbound calls and retention efforts from a home office. Training runs weekdays 9am–6pm EST; applicants must reside in the continental US and be capable of handling high call volumes during peak season.

You will upsell current customers, maintain relationships, and use gamified performance tools. Orkin offers competitive pay with a $16.73/hour base plus a 3% commission and benefits with company stability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED applicant acceptable.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center.
• Ability to pass internet speed and computer assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound customer interactions to protect and retain business.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling with existing customers.
• Provide best-in-class service and manage customer relationships during peak season.
