Job summary

Orkin is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Tele-Agents to join our fully remote Contact Center. You will work from home with equipment provided, handling inbound and outbound calls, customer service, and upsell opportunities during our peak season starting February.

Role requires 1–2 years CSR experience, High School/GED, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with residence near the greater Raleigh, NC area.

Qualifications

• High School/GED and 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment.
• Ability to pass a computer and speed test.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote contact center.
• Manage customer relationships to deliver best-in-class service.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Assist customers with remedies to retain business.
• Use gamification tools to measure performance.
