Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Culture Index assessment completed.
• Internet speed verified.
• Ability to pass a computer assessment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers.
• Retain customers and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Attend training sessions Mon–Fri 9am–6pm EST.
