Job summary

Orkin is seeking seasonal Customer Service Tele-Agents to work fully remote from a home office. The role includes inbound and outbound sales, retention, chat, and a bilingual team, with a peak season starting February.

You will manage customer relationships, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and deliver exceptional service while earning a competitive hourly wage plus sales commission. Training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed
• Ability to pass a computer assessment

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from your home office with provided equipment
• Support field's peak season with heavy call volume
