Orkin seeks Seasonal Customer Service Tele-Agents to join our remote Customer Contact Center, supporting inbound/outbound calls and sales for the pest control leader.

You will work from home, training Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST, reside within the continental US and participate in peak season with potential upsell opportunities; compensation starts at $16.73 per hour plus 3% sales commission, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from your home office with provided equipment.
• Support our peak season with potentially heavy call volume.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize gamification tools to measure performance.
